Great Salt Lake Minerals supports independent agricultural research, primarily field trials carried out by universities, growers associations, and industry trade organizations. We are currently involved in more than a dozen trials being conducted by universities throughout the country, some extending over several years. 

These field trials will provide important new information on how different nutrient applications impact yield and quality for a broad range of crops. The ongoing trials include:

• Tomatoes (Organic) – Michigan State University
• Tomatoes – University of Florida
